For me, this was a far better book than the first in this series, as although I enjoyed Powder Pavlova, it wasn't as good as Hogan's others have been - and she's very much a go-to author. Tamarillo Tart was far better. I loved Stef. He was great! Funny, strong, kind and sassy, who took no one's c***. A great character. Powder Pavlova is an emotional, moderately angsty read, with great secondary characters and some real-life relationship complexities.
